If you are having trouble with Canvas, we’re here to make certain you have the support you need. From technical support, to assistance planning your course structure or activities, to online documentation, we have a variety of support options to fit your needs and timeline. 

24/7 INSTRUCTURE LIVE SUPPORT & ONLINE DOCUMENTATION 

Canvas is one of several products developed by Instructure. As part of our contract, all students, staff, and faculty have access to Instructure’s support services including a 24-hour Canvas Support Hotline at 1-833-228-9829. You can also chat with a live representative – Chat with Canvas Support.

Instructure also maintains an extensive library of documentation to assist faculty and students with the transition to Canvas:

Need Help with Canvas? Stop by the Help Desk Hub in Armory 151A. CITL and Tech Services are partnering to provide hands-on help with Canvas, A/V classroom support, and services managed by Tech Services.
